Charlie & Cindra Justice called a Flash Cruise Sunday morning. We met at the Sonic in St. Albans at 10:30 AM. After a slight delay we headed down Rt. 60 toward Barboursville. I loved driving on Rt. 60. It's freshly paved from St. Albans to the Putnam County line. It is very smooth and quite enjoyable.
On the cruise were Charlie & Cindra Justice, Dave & Paulette Neil, me, and Mark & Connie Mason driving their yellow TR6 for it's maiden cruise. The car performed well but Mark has additional plans for it. Along the way we passed Dan Blackwood's house and he was waiting for us at the end of his driveway. He joined the cruise at that point. This was a very good turn out for such short notice.
We had a great lunch at Steak & Shake. After lunch Charlie & Cindra and Dave & Paulette headed back to Charleston. Mark, Connie & I stopped at Dan's house to hang out for a while. Dan's working on a TR6 and we all had suggestions about what he should do.
