Wow!, Holy Crap!
These are just two of the comments heard when we first entered the garage where the cars are kept. This is definitely a world class collection of automobiles. I didn't count but there must have been at least 50 cars on display. They were all impeccable examples of well kept sports cars. Each car has it's own unique story and they aren't run of the mill cars. They are the best of the best of their respective marques. For instance; the Cobra wasn't an original, nor was it a Factory Five or Superformance replica. It was hand built to be an exact copy of the 427 Cobra built by Carol Shelby. The AMX3 is the only one left of the 5 that AMC built. It never went into production and this is the only one in the world. They chased this car for a couple of years before they were able to purchase it at a Goodings auction. And the stories go on and on.
Needless to say, if you missed this event you missed a truly unique experience. I'm sure we can go again because Rick Biafora and Wayne Long like nothing more than showing these cars.
