As many members have commented, this was an epic cruise. We set another participation record. I don't know the official count but there were about 20 cars and probably 30 people on this cruise. Thanks to Richard Stephenson for organizing and leading this cruise. It was our familiar cruise up Gauley Mountain and then on to Oak Hill to see the Hank Williams commemorative plaque followed by a stop at the Skyline Drive-in. This is where Hank was discovered to be dead in the back seat of the car. He was on his way to Charleston. Richard has all the details of this event. I'm sure Richard will be willing to share more details.
Here are the photos of the cruise.
Great job Richard. Was looking forward to concert; hope for next one.
Thanks, Barry McCoy

Thank you Bill, Jamie, Ron and all of us who enjoyed the cruise. Part Two of the adventure was to be going to the Hank Williams "Lost Show" Tribute concert at the Clay Center the first week of January. It's a recreation of the show that Hank planned for Charleston at the end of 1952. Unfortunately, due to the virus, it has been cancelled this time. We'll have to wait until 2022. It is a fabulous concert done in a special way by John Lilly and his award winning band of musicians. Ask me or Charles or Cyndra Justice about it. We love it and go every year. So, let's finish this cruise adventure together in January, 2022. We'll remind.
